Beware of advertisement you see on Facebook and also blogs. Many of these offer financial services are actually frauds.
These companies claiming to be banking and financial services companies are fake and prey on our gullibility of not verifying with relevant authority.

A very important detail is that you need massive funding to get a banking license. And you can't do that by having a partnership or just any small companies.
So how do you identify fake scam companies? Simple. Check with BNM.
