Bloated Civil Service - Redemption

I wrote this in 2017. I said it was not bloated.

Then opposition, PH, campaigned via their proxies, saying that we had a bloated civil service. Worst still, the then government was lousy at informing the public what is really going on, allowing even their own media being hijacked to do the same.

Now that PH is the government, they have changed tune. The government service is not bloated.

And yes, it is still not bloated. It is inefficiently distributed.

Stop demonizing the civil service. They're not your punching bag. Help them if you may, criticise them. But not for your brownie points, especially now you're the govt.

If you can't do the job, leave.
